COMPONENTS

  • Materials: Acrylic or Aluminum
  • Vinyls: High performance or translucent vinyls.
  • Backs: Clear Polycarbonate, Acrylic and/or Aluminum, with CNC cut mounting holes for precision patterns
  • Returns: 0.063’’ Aluminum, 2’’-5’’ and custom deep
  • Lighting: RGB or standard colors from Principal, Hanley and in house brand.

Requirements

  • Letters must have a minimum stroke of 1.5’’ for all types of letters, serif, sans serif and script.
  • Maximum standard letter height is 48”

  • Letters bigger than 48” height will require a different construction and illumination pattern with multiple lines of LED’s and must be priced accordingly, letters minimum height is 6” on sans serif and 8” in serif and script, however some fonts and graphics must be modified to make them suitable for fabrication.
